After School- Post Production
Production begins.
DirectorGoh: AND…. ACTION!!!!!!
She waves at Elizabeth, the camerawoman.
Camera shows skit’s title: After School with Credits included on white board. Camera shot pans out and a student walks into the screen, casually erasing the words off.
Camera pans out more to show the classroom, where students are milling around as it is after school. Duh. Most are at the tables, doing their own stuff. Few of the students with a more hardworking genre are doing their homework.
Terry takes out a tube of sweets. (Registered: Fruitella!!!!!!!! Orange!!!!!!!) She takes one for herself and passes it around, throwing the sweet to the further-away students. Most laugh as they catch the sweet missiles.
Xian Ling reads the newspaper, smirks and casually tears it into half, scattering it onto the floor. The classroom’s stereo is on, tuned to some radio station. (Yes I am a horribly biased person, towards Power 98. It was actually Perfect 10.) Loretta gets up and starts cleaning the board, which has been scribbled over again with drawings and words of nonsensical value.
Elizabeth stops filming and starts to inspect the camera, which is sulky and has decided to quit.
After some persuasion from nellyn, which included cursing and scolding the camera and taking out the battery and shaking it *the camera not the battery, the camera decides that life would be better if it took the job of filming and
quit complaining.
*nellyn takes over here
Cos im broken and I don’t… um dunnoe. ^^ hahahha
Open and I dun see you love and im loathsome and I dun see them
The song ‘Our Lives’ by the Calling comes on radio…
Adeline and Xian Ling start singing with Adeline being the soprano. When she has no sop talent at all.
She denied this later, saying that she told xl to be sop.
The two stand in front of the radio and start singing and dancing in sync with the song. The chorus comes on and they both start singing with gusto.
When the instrumental break comes on the two become impatient with the song and start abusing the radio, violating every single right the radio has.
Well… at least the company of the Radio has rights. Even if the radio doesn’t.
Radio, thus, Cry: MY COMPANY SHALT SMITE THY EVIL HANDS!
PS- the radio dint have the socket thingy cover on and the there were only 2 poky things coming outta it and it could still work. My dad told me later that night that the top poky thing which was supposed to be jutting out but not present, was the earth wire which keeps it grounded. The radio still could work with 2 poky things cos there’s a path for electricity to flow and when I told him that adel and xl were ‘abusing’ it, he just shrugged and said they could have been electrocuted if they weren’t careful.
Radio: REVENGE!! WA HAHAHAHAHA
The chorus at last comes along and the duo makes violent gestures at the camerawoman who is laughing so hard that the camera is shaking. Elizabeth an evil critic of doom starts taking bits of paper on the floor and starts crushing it, getting ready to throw at the impromptu duet aiming for Singapore Idol.
Elizabeth throws the papers at the duet, igniting the towering temper of Adeline who makes a -CENSORED- gesture at her.
The three start fighting, completely missing the bridge of the song that Adeline has wanted to sing all this while. Camerawoman is shaking with laughter while taping it down, and up till now when she is typing it out, she’s still laughing like a mad maniac.
Now the company of the WIT is solving modulus problems. When actually half the team has no idea what the heck modulus problems are.
Vanessa is long gone.
And claiming to have learnt it, another argument between Elizabeth and Adeline thus begins.
Time is being wasted.
It is one o clock. Time IS wasted. We are goners. ^^
PS- Adeline claims that whatever solutions in the modulus sign thingy comes out positive. I have yet to prove that but any smart human being from wherever is welcomed to do so. Adeline, go away. Yes I know you proved it but go away.
PPS- Loretta wrote out trigonometry laws on the white board!!! Geez, I hate her.
Add Ons…
Terry went around filming. Nellyn poked her.
Adeline and xl left.
Loretta left as well. –sob-
Elizabeth went around singing ‘It’s my Life’ by Bon Jovi when it came on radio. Terry caught nellyn behaving very… crazily.
The siblings attempted to make an MV with the song ‘No Good Advice’ by Girls Aloud with Elizabeth throwing rubbish at the camera. Terry ducked and dodged.
MV was cut short when Elizabeth threw class keys out of the window to the grass outside.
Thus begins a journey…
‘JOURNEY TO THE OTHER SIDE’ TM
Starring Elizabeth Liew
Directed by Elizabeth Liew
Filmed by Terry Liew
The key is outside the classroom on the track. Both legal doorways leading to the track are locked and shut. The only other way is to take one big round to the primary school, climb down the grandstand towards the track and then retrieve the key.
Elizabeth found the key.
Terry went missing.
LOL!
