Author's Note: To all readers, this was done over a period of time, as I was squashed for time and space. Yay! And I mena it about the disclaimer thing. I really have no idea what I just typed. Haha!

In the light of Wee Kim Wee, our former President, passing away, I have opted to have a moment of silence while we still remember him, knowing that his private funeral is today.

………..

Then again, being philosophical teenagers that we technically are, we wonder why people sing praises to a fellow after he died, not before. Like the guy isn’t even there to hear it already. Look at John Paul II. I only knew him as the pope that listened and saw some teenagers demonstrating break dance to him and he said it was some vaguely new age and cool idea for the teens of today to express themselves and only when he died.
A great outcry they said, when he died… the world has lost a great man, a great man of God or something like that or the other. Does John Paul II know this? Does he know that the world is weeping for him, even as they waited anxiously for the white smoke of another pope, who looks like an evil bugger anyway?
Whatshisname, Benedict XVI… yeah, may you do a good job in succeeding Karol. You’ve got 25 years of John Paul II looking down at you.

On a lighter note, I LIKE the pope’s grandiose uniforms. ^_^

And… after seeing a couple of minutes of WKW’s funeral, I think that, yes… telling the world of what he did after he died, I guess is a kind of tribute to how much he had affected your life.

Okay he died quite a while ago.
Today’s Friday the 13th! Happy Friday the 13th everyone!
Yes I felt that today would be a good day to blog as it is a Significant Day this year! :D
Yes as everyone should know…

Okay… I have to blog today. It’s 20/05/2005!
Haha as everyone should know, we’ve ended our round of Mid Years which means that 1) the Chinese Os are coming and 2) we’re really like screwed for our O Levels in general.
Basically what I can remember of our Mid Years is that our entire level screwed Chinese and I am looking for several ball point pens. Yesss my birthday is coming!
(Wriggles fingers. No one can do it like I can. I am very proud of that. Mua hahahahhaha!!!!)

I demand things. :D
1. Hitch-hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (The first book’s fine but the big combined four-books-in-one at MPH in Citylink is even nicer. *Wink* Wa hahahahaha)
2. The Science of Discworld II. I got destroyed completely by you-know-who, who also created the Nameless Book within two weeks.
3. I demand plenty of pens. Ballpoint, nice blue or black pens that do not die on me or spurt ink in my face.
4. A BLANKO! My life depends on it.
5. I can’t decide between Rooster’s and Gavin Degraw’s album, Chariot. I think I’m going with Rooster.
(The albums aren’t a must. I just went to HMV today, so I’m kind of influenced… yes yes… Chariot’s a very nice song.)

Ah yes. On to the next thing.
Every single day, something about Tests!
Oh yes, on the last day of Exams I went out with Gerard. It’s instinct you know. Once we’re bolted free it’s like wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee to the nearest shopping centre. Though I don’t know what I usually do there. That’s probably how I convince myself not to go online. Its like ‘Wth am I going online for?’ ‘I do NOT know!’
Oh yes I go for the books. There used to be MPH, there at the third level. (Hey I remember that! Haha!) But now… They’ve replaced it with Hiagon Daaz! Why replace such a wonderful well of knowledge for a well of calories? I mean like… sheesh!
Arrangements are being made with Juncti8n. They will not live to regret that day. Mua ahahhahaha…

How does one pronounce Juncti8n?
Junc-ti-ate-n?
Like Junc-aiken?
They’re mad. Hohohohohoh
Sorry Junction 8!
I now know that from the newspaper that flaming someone can mean that that someone can come back and flame you with the law and such. Wheee.
Therefore a disclaimer comes into play: This disclaimer disclaims the fact that the disclaimer in question did not disclaim the claim of the disclaimee but instead, blamed it on the disclaimer who disclaimed it in the first place.
…………………
What?
Errrrr…. Was I supposed to know what that meant?
Right.
Is anyone can figure that out, I’ll give you a…. Chocolate!
:D
Chocolates are very precious to me, so if I’m giving them away to you, it’s a very big honour. :D
So I went out with him, after getting cold feet for a while, which cleared up later that night, where we bounded over to his house after I waited for him, and after an irritating call by Gohpeizhi, and then after that, I got to his house to CUT MANGOES. Mangoes. I ask you.
I know he likes them but but but but…
Mangoes!
Argh.
Hahahah his knives are terrible man. I took three knives before I finally dealt with one that was small but sharp. He has this knife which doesn’t do any damage at all! It just SSSLLIIIDDDEESSSS over the mango skin. It’s like scrape scrape scrape and 10 times out of 10 chances it doesn’t break the skin.
Argh.
If the knives weren’t so bad it wouldn’t be that bad honestly… hahahaha
And umm we watched a bit of Howl’s Moving Castle.
I Muy understando!
It’s like… whoa…
And Howl looks terrible as a blonde!
Ugh ugh ugh!
Hahahaha
I prefer him with black hair! Yay!
So then I had to pick clothes for him… but see his sense of fashion isn’t that bad. He knows what he’s good in… except black. You look good in black! Honestly! Just make sure the place you’re going is really heavily air conditioned.
Mua hahahaha

Okay let’s skip to today, ignoring the test in between, which was very very very very bad, and the checking of our marks which was also very very very terribly bad, I want to shoot myself before this week is over, and yes. Onto today!

Today was this massive Walk-a-jog thingamajig. It was really nice and all for the school to give us a day off to run 2.5km but they forgot this really tiny detail. You said Walk-a-jog. It means we can walk. And when you say we can walk instead of run, we WILL walk.

So I came like on time, and then I came to this place where lots of people were gathered where I remembered I forgot to bring my number tag, which is 4216 anyway, nice number, want 4-D?
So I saw XL waving at me from a really really really far off place and I waved back at her. We spent the next hour standing around and waiting for the thing to start, when Ah Liew started like way before we did as she was one of the competitive runners and such and zoomed off to the finish line before we could even say ‘Eh?’
So then after seeing off the entire lot of competitive runners from sec 4 to sec 1, where I took the time to draw an Enquiring Lizard in the sand and Gary, we were due to start off! Ying Le lent me her hair band! Yay Ying Le, I like you!
I have this weird habit of scaring off the milder people in class. I mean like I say hi to them and they smile awkwardly at me and turn away really quickly! It’s very hurtful you know I mean I’m like being all nice and that by waving to you and and and acknowledging your presence that you’re really important to me by being there and waving hi to me and… and… and…
(Bursts into tears and cries)
I won’t wave at people anymore already if it scares you off….

So then after that, we were the first non-competitive bunch of humans to run the thing. Err run as in, run figuratively. You know, we’re supposed to but we don’t.
So. What we did was we lined up behind the flag thing, and then someone waved the flag err blew the horn etc etc etc and the whole bunch of us moved off slowly. The beginning people were like fast and such… well if you called a slow jog fast… while the rest of us simply strolled from behind the flag. Hahahahah
We were cheering ourselves on… really but just strolling. :D
Strolling strolling…
We walked a lot. There was this bunch of people singing the Titanic Song…
And walking behind Sheryl Tay meant lots and lots of crappiness was abound. Like when Lena Koh was telling us to hurry, we were all like ‘What for? I mean like, when you run then got more stress and stress isn’t good for you… pressured to run and all…’
And then when Jun li bent down to tie her shoelace and got left behind, Sheryl said ‘Junli the sediment has been deposited!’
And Junli got up and started walking, Sheryl remarked: Junli has been carried up again by the current!
Gawd, being with her is like… wow. Really madness…
All the teachers were like asking us to walk faster and hurry up but we weren’t going to be budged man!
Ah yes.

Newsflash for the profile proficient->
I am/was listening to: PotC theme songs, Fukae Mori by Do as Infinity, Change the World by V6, My Will by Dream, Sweetness by Jimmy Eat World, Iris by Goo Goo Dolls, Collide by Howie Day
Songs I will be listening to: (Copy paste all of the above) plus another half of My Received Files.
Doing: Blogging, Msn-ning, Thinking of….Twelve Kingdoms theme song, breathing, munching on water, discovering that cup of water is gone (!!!!) and ummm…. attempting to read fan fiction.

We strolled and strolled, talking and laughing, and losing lots of sodium and urea and water in the process. Class Mahabuti was bitching around as usual, and everything was bright and shiny.
We were walking when several of the wossnames who ran earlier were coming back and telling us 300m more only! We was shocked!!!
Hahahahahah we passed by a reservoir which was drying up, a tiny swamp, which was dead and then we were walking somewhere when the ending came smack bang on us! So then…. Errr.. we walked somemore and finally reached the end, where Nicola and Denise who had ran the thing, was pointing at everyone and saying ‘Slacker slacker slacker’. It was terrible! Shuffled into this line of things!!! Kicking adeline’s foot, who kicked back in return but I pwn her anyway mua hahaha, and then having Doreen Lau saying ‘this must be the 4A1 bunch’ in my face, and thinking she doesn’t like me much…. :’(
Anyway, cut it short, we stayed in the stupid field for the longest time, doing nothing in particular except getting a sun tan, perhaps some mild heatstroke and a slight aversion to hot weather and mud.
The place was just soaked with mud and such, as it rained terribly hard yesterday, which is a bad thing. My shoes are soaked. My SCHOOL shoes.
Argh.

So then we had to be dismissed and such, after the quiz and the prize giving ceremony. Ah Liew zoomed off to the cycling shack, which started this entire chain of ‘Catch me if you can’ where we chased her as she flew off into the bright horizon Faroutthere.
XL was like… haiz hahahahahaha such a poor cyclist; you must be more confident XL!
So we chased after her, gave up, turned back half way, and then found out that she came one whole round FASTER than al of us! Gaaaahhhh…
The horror but oh well at least we finished. Hahah after that, we walked 2.5km back to the Macdonald’s thingy and found out the shuttle service came one hour later and bustled off to have lunch. We had a very interesting topic there and after an hour, we went back out to see the shuttle bus waiting for us! *Trumpet call*
Hahha we got on the bus, one of the few who did, and then it drove off just like that! Continued on talking and then got off at some Suntec City place. Wondered about how to go home initially and then I trusted my instincts and crossed the road into one of the towers.
Went into the building and then came out the other end of the building to something really very familiar. Hahaha it was really fun and all to see everything so familiar hahahahah
Wheee’d down to Citylink and then walked there, thinking of past mudmeets. I think of mudmeets! What is becoming of me!
Hahahaha and then I had this really weird idea to call Gerard. Maybe I was bored, maybe I was feeling lonely but I knew he was at Funan but didn’t know where Funan was… which was a good or bad thing, depending on where you look at it.
Hahahahha I found out later Funan was right next to City Hall. Ignorance is bliss man! Hahahahah
Found them there, and trooped off to Bishan with them to traipse at Juncti8n for a while. Hahahahha
Let’s see, I have no idea who Kimkitch(sp?) is.
And then we had this really interesting conversation where we were like denying each other’s claims or… going around in circles, talking about nothing much at all. Terence barged in half way, and proceeded to say that he’s going for the China Trip.
Sadly our school ain’t going any more… awwwwwwwww…
Ah well. Have to go off now… at least I blogged. Go me! :D
