Happy birthday Xianling! And happy belated birthdays to Hitsugaya Toushirou, Captain of the 10th Division in Bleach (20/12) and Takuya of UVERworld (21/12)! Also to Jo Ee and my cousin, Su Fen (23/12)!
Tomorrow will be Urahara Kisuke’s birthday and New Year’s Day will be Shihouin Yoruichi’s birthday! Yay them!
Goodness, I remember too many irrelevant birthdays here.
Ah Merry Christmas to one and all, and Happy New Year to you too! It’ll be a nice year next year, I hope, seeing that I have no school for almost half a year, will be working, hopefully for half a year, thus earning money, for like hopefully, half a year, and also slacking around and doing actual comic drawing, for like, half a year! Everything’s like, half a year here!
Ah I remember on Christmas day, I made some people quite annoyed with me by worrying about non-existent homework. Of course, people who actually have homework were obviously annoyed but that’s not my problem.
Sorry kids, all who have school and whatever, but I must repeat to myself again, that I have absolutely no work to do whatsoever and that it is OKAY to relax.
… I actually felt guilty for playing Diablo II for like 6 straight hours yesterday. Damn my stupid guilt hormones. I died like so many times because of stupid mistakes and because Diablo was scary. My sister and I had a heartfelt talk about boys, DotAing and experience runs in general, along with specialization in the games. Boys and girls playing the same games have completely different agendas for doing so.
For example:
Male Friend: Sherilyn (sister), why are you keeping all those gems?
Sister: Because they’re pretty.
Male: You don’t
keep them, you
sell them.
Sister: I am a woman. I like shiny, pretty stuff. Go away.
Anyway, I got fired at my job. Overstaffed. I feel neglected.
It was like completely, four days of work. Hah. I laugh. Anyway, it’s all over and done with, I hope to get other jobs next year! I shall slack with whatever gusto I have left!
Onwards to the world of slackiness! My sister reminded me that after A Levels, we no longer have holiday homework. Alrights then!
Okay, so what have I been doing these few days? It’s been church and stuff on Christmas day (I shot my sister down for asking me to stay back to wait for her until 1pm when I had been in church since 8am in the morning and was surviving on like 4 hours of sleep) and then I went home to sleep – yes I pride myself on doing supremely mundane things on supremely important days.
You will find me at home watching cartoons on New Year’s Day, by the way.
AND! AND! AND! THIS IS MOMENTOUS NEWS! I have actually sent out Christmas cards this year!
I sent them out on the 21st okay, for all who were disgruntled at the fact that they arrived late. I SWEAR, THEY GOT LOST IN THE MAIL. I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I POSTED THEM ON THE 21ST! THEY ARE BRIGHT ORANGE. WHO COULD MISS THEM!?
And all my friends will now proceed to edge away and claim that they don’t know me at all.
Oh and I have been watching Lucky Star, this horribly random anime on this bunch of school girls who talk on completely irrelevant stuff in school. It’s kind of like Azumanga Daioh – that Central’s begun to show WATCH IT OMG HAHAHA – but I think it’s a little different. I just don’t know how.
I have also obtained PotC: AWE OST - the third movie ost (Original Sound Track), with the wonderful haunting tunes by Hans Zimmer who did The Simpsons Movie (why did you tarnish your portfolio with that?!) and also some other movies that I cannot be bothered to research up on now. And I have been trying to find the Peter Pan sound track as well, the movie version starring Jeremy Sumpter who is incidentally, the same age as me. Disturbing.
I am currently championing in not doing anything at all, yes procrastinating at doing stuff that I like. This is scary.
I also stopped reading Edgar Allan Poe and returned the book without completing it. This is the first time I'm doing something like this! I am horrified. Anyway, Edgar Allan Poe was too boring and annoying. He really was... just... annoying. So I gave up. Lovecraft was still alright.
Yes! Met up with Smee and her friend, Regina who is a very nice girl with PRO ART SKILLS WHO CAN INK LIKE ANYTHING – UBER PRO – WAAAH – for some… thing. We are working on it now and not telling you about it, hence we are ultimately cooler than you. Hahahaha.
What’s wrong with not finishing my drink, huh, Smee?
