Okay. One might be wondering about the new blog title change. And I like that title, by the way. It’s completely random and thus wonderful…
Because it came out when I was sleeping.
Okay, yes why did I write that?
This was due to a couple of reasons, of which the name Adeline GPZ might wonder by rather aimlessly, wave at me and then waltz out again. Anyway. It was a Thursday. I had come home late, seriously, past 10pm and it gave me time to bathe and then do some Math homework before going to watch Shaman King.
So after Shaman King, it was midnight. I did finish my Math homework, struggled a little with Chinese before giving up as I was writing something which had to do with ‘being happy with your lot in life’ when it came out as ‘being happy by stealing’. Hence I gave up.
Then I progressed on to Chemistry- which might explain the whole Avogadro’s constant thing.
Anyway, I was calculating the number of moles of some limiting agent – hydrochloric acid, and I was copying from the previous tutorial, as everything’s the same and it was talking about 0.004 mol of nitric acid, hence the 0.004 mol. (Actually the amount of HCl I was suppose to have was 0.005 mol) Anyway, I wrote down ‘For both readings, 0.004 mol of nitric acid…’ then I realised my mistake and liquid-papered off the nitric acid.
Ah yes, I was smsing Adeline here. She wanted me to watch The Lake House.
Ah…
See how the bricks fit together nicely…
So yes, I fell asleep, and wrote that. I have absolutely no idea where the words ‘award-winning’ came from. Maybe it’s a prediction?
Anyway. Yes.
And… I am officially banning myself from the internet. Again.
Okay, then what am I doing here?
Err okay; banning myself for the week days then on weekends I’ll try to come on. Because I screwed up most royally for my Mid-Years, hence I am officially, inevitably squashing my internet time.
And besides, my mum will flip if I continue going online like there’s no tomorrow.
Also, no more youtube.
Which means no more Ouran, Fullmetal, Jubei, Hard Gay…
Okay, now just to remind myself, where I stopped for each series.
Ouran High School Host Club: 11
Tsubasa Chronicles: 21
Bleach: 55
Jubei-Chan the Ninja Girl II: 9
Fullmetal Alchemist: 30
That’s ALL I’m watching! I’m stopping Pretear. It’s some gay shoujo anime. Which is sick.
And on television, I’m whittling down to Fullmetal, Shaman King, Jubei-Chan… that’s ALL!
Okay, granted, Shaman King happens three times a week.
And I missed episode 31 of Fullmetal Alchemist today… And I’m not watching Aoi Yori Aoshi, as it’s another gay shoujo anime…
(Note, just because I call something gay, doesn’t mean it’s necessarily gay.)
So yes, no more Internet. And it’s self-imposed. And I’m not complaining. Ah haha. I am happy with my lot in life. It means I can do tutorials, study, worry about stuff in general and most importantly, sleep more. Which has something to do with my blog. Hum.
And I am not going to post on Fanfiction for a very, very long time. Unless I get that Writing Mentorship thing, which is seriously unlikely, as I screwed up my online applications, didn’t print them out, and showed 9 out of the maximum 10 stories, which is a complete lie as I cannot write so much in such a short time and my mentor will kill me or strangle my neck and I haven’t done anything for my NYAA (nyaaaa- I love saying that)
And Adeline wants to go kayaking. She’s gotten her one-star and is deliriously happy about kayaking. I think she’s mad. I got my two-stars and I’m not jumping into the nearest ocean and paddling out to the open sea.
I love the two-star Dancers. They’re this slimmer, redder and most importantly, LIGHTER version of kayak that is so wonderful and such a challenge to control. Of course, I’d have forgotten everything already and will die when you bring out a Dancer to me. Adeline has to stick to her fat, heavy Slalom. Ah hahahahah. I gloat, Adeline. I gloat.
And please watch Ouran. I’ve introduced it to Adeline (who hates the main male character) and XL (who loves that main male character) and both (sort of) agree that the main female lead is cute, which means all is well in our lives.
That series is a laugh riot. The male lead (who suffers from a love-hate relationship with XL and Adeline), is Tamaki, and he is a self-proclaimed drama queen, like me. Ah haha. He’s deliriously funny. He likes the female lead, who’s this Adeline-esque girl who doesn’t really care much about her gender but looks much better in skirts and dresses than Adeline does. It’s about 16 episodes long and quite recent. I love that series.
This time, it isn’t the art that drew me, it’s seriously the story. It’s hilarious. It’s about this rich school’s Host Club, where six talented guys (talented as in talented with girls) spread their love out to the school. They’re Hosts, who entertain girls with their banter and such. I can’t really explain it.
Anyway, yes, six of them. Tamaki – self proclaimed Host King, most popular amongst girls; Kyouya- unanimously proclaimed Shadow King (he manipulates Tamaki [who calls him Mother and he calls Tamaki Father] but is his best friend, from behind the scenes) and ultimate cool guy. He manipulates Tamaki really easily as Tamaki’s basically an idiot, or pretends to be one, using little things. For example, in the second episode, the entire Host Club dresses up in a Bali-esque theme (they have different themes by the way) all because Kyouya thoughtfully placed a brochure on Bali on Tamaki’s table.
‘Nuff said.
Then there’s the twins, Hikaru and Kaoru, with red hair (methinks the director was inspired by the Weasley twins, as in the manga, the twins’ hair is different and not so red) and evenly matched mischievous grins and behaviour. They attract girls with their forbidden brotherly love act, which is very incestuous yet insanely funny at the same time and Hunny (as I can’t remember his real name) the oldest but the shortest and the cutest of the lot. He seems to be much inspired by Momiji of Fruits Basket; in fact, even Momiji’s seiyuu did Hunny’s voice. And finally, Mori, or Takashi, who is currently Adeline’s favourite. I wonder why.
Mori’s the quiet guy, the one who seriously stones and doesn’t say much, like Chad from Bleach. He’s the tall and silent type, and is Hunny’s cousin. Amazing. A short, loud, childish, act-cute boy together with a tall, silent and dark type of guy is a really great combination. Ah haha.
Anyway, everything starts when Haruhi, some commoner girl who came to the school with a scholarship, enters the Third Music Room while looking for a place to study. She’s wearing her father’s clothes as she can’t afford to pay for the school’s uniform and her long hair has been snipped short as some insensitive boy stuck gum in her hair. So, effectively, she looks like a guy.
All the hosts mistake for her as a guy except Kyouya, who has researched up on her and essentially knows everything, but he keeps his mouth shut because he wants to see what will happen, as he’s very interested in interesting things happening. The entire first episode has to do with each host finding out that Haruhi is a girl, with many amusing results, the best being Tamaki, who is the last one to find out as he’s such an idiot.
Ah yes, Kyouya wears glasses by the way. He has to. He’s the cool and smart sort.
And I have decided to like the twins. Actually, I can’t really decide. Kyouya or the twins.
Anyway, I’ve talked enough. I can’t watch Ouran anymore, so I’ve got to stop all this rambling (Watch episode 10! I love that episode! It’s to die for- hilarious, mad and funny) and study. So yes.
Go me!
And for everyone’s information, Channel U is showing D. N. Angel again, every Saturday night at 11pm. Go watch if you’re interested!
