Hi!
Firstly I must thank Adeline Goh (Ag = silver) for reminding me of….Francium! So the point is that on Tuesday we had this vastly interesting Chemistry lesson. We were doing on the Group 1 elements with Miss Ferng. She was showing us this videotape of all the Group 1 elements’ reactions with water.
Lithium spluttered. Sodium sizzled. Potassium popped. Then what’s next on the reactivity series… anyway the point is that it continued on until Caesium. Now Caesium’s like the second most violent reaction, the most violent being Francium…
(Get my drift; get my drift, get my drift????)
So then the person was putting all the metals in this big basin of water. The Potassium just imploded upon impact. We noticed that he wore gloves and put a really tiny piece of Francium into a humungous basin of water.
And you know what? The entire basin just went ‘BOOM’ and just shattered.
BWA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA---
Ahem sorry…must control terrorist genes….
Our class went ‘whoaa!!’ and there were bits of ‘Do it again!’ so Miss Ferng just grinned and said she knew it and played the video again. And we were all like WHOA!!!
And Supranee suggested placing big basins of water all over the place and blowing them up by putting bits of Caesium/Francium in them since our school was going to be blown up anyway.
‘So what you’re trying to say is that…’
‘We want to help blow up the school? Yeah!’
Miss Ferng was saying how we didn’t stock them anymore for fear of them being explosive… nooo….WHYY!!!!!
Anyway, even if they don’t stock it anymore, I shall combine with Vanessa Hong and Nicola Wong to blow up our entire school! Adleine has decided to join our ranks as some triple sided terrorist, communist and... socialist?
Right. We're all going to be pure Terrorists anyway. Maybe just too popular with asylums around the world.
First we have to save our board larh…
I wonder if RI/ACSI stock Caesium/Francium. Nic says that this is highly unlikely but still it’s so… tempting. I wonder where we can buy some.
Doesn’t anyone know?
So, on to our next point!
I think on…Thursday, which is yesterday; Chen Lao shi was just like talking with us Chinese larh. So she was talking about the horrible standard of Singaporean hawkers.
She said she once saw this hawker selling spring chickens. I don’t know what they’re called in Chinese and neither does the guy so he calls them chu1 nu3 ji1.
Now spring chickens are chickens who haven’t laid any eggs yet. Chu1 nu3 ji1 as in…direct translation: virgin chicken.
Chu nu? Yeesss… virgin. :D
-Coughs-
So top on my list is to get francium/caesium. Then it’s some sort of downloading stuff. Sheryl’s told me about Ares. Haha
Nicola’s now suggesting that Miss Ferng is Osama’s Mother-in-law. ‘Cause her Chem teacher said that terrorists were good at chemistry. And Miss Ferng is like our top Chem teacher…..
-Coughs discreetly-
She’s going to be our firework expert at our class outing anyway, after showing us the brilliant colours of sodium lithium and potassium and copper and…uh…calcium.
Calcium’s this lovely shade of brick red. :D
Supranee again, suggesting putting all the elements together and seeing if we get a rainbow. :D
I guess I’ll stop here now. Hmm… decently short post. How nice. ^^
